BIO
David was born in Taiwan, educated in the USA, and worked in Singapore, China, and Japan. Currently, lives in Washington state, working as a market development specialist. In addition to being a Diamond TCC member, he is also on the MTP steering committee member and has over 1000 regions on both MTP and NM. He completed UN 193 in 2022.
