Refund & Transfer Policy
All sales are final and there are no refunds.

Up to 30 days before the event, you can transfer your ticket to another person and no fees will be assessed (exception: Alumni and Counting Countries discount codes will have a fee (the differential between the discounted alumni/patreon price and current non-alumni/patreon discounted price) applied if transferred to non-alumni attendees or non-CC patrons).  It is solely the ticket holders responsibility to find the new buyer of the ticket.  You are unable to utilize ETF sites or social media to market your ticket.

Unused tickets cannot be used for future years.

In the case of an act of god event, your event ticket will be transferred over to the rescheduled event.

Discounts & Codes

If you erroneously use a Discount Code you are not entitled to use, such as the Yerevan Alumni code or the Counting Countries code, you will be responsible for the monetary differential or the ticket will be voided.
